TOEFL Sim: three full length practice tests, with answer tracker, not quite perfect but really good for Reading and Structure sections
From ets.org: this is where you can get specific ideas to improve your English based on your actual test results

Wordchamp: set up courses for your students using their materials or your own
The official ETS online practice site: make sure to look at the forums, they have some great advice and comments
Exam English: A site that has more free test prep than you will ever need
